Terms of Service

These terms describe how visitors may use the Alozix website and what to expect when requesting consultations, proposals, or custom software work. Last updated: May 8, 2026.

General terms

  • The Alozix website is provided for information, portfolio review, and project inquiry purposes.
  • Case studies, examples, and service descriptions are informational and do not guarantee identical results for every project.
  • Visitors should not attempt to access private admin areas, data files, source files, or protected endpoints.

Consultations and proposals

Initial review

Submitting a form or email request starts a review process. It does not create a paid engagement until scope, terms, payment, and timeline are agreed in writing.

Scope clarity

Custom software work depends on requirements, integrations, content, data readiness, user flows, and approvals. Scope changes may affect budget and timeline.

Delivery standards

Alozix aims to deliver maintainable, production-focused work with practical handoff, testing, deployment guidance, and realistic support expectations.

Project delivery expectations

  • Ownership, source access, hosting, maintenance, third-party services, licenses, and support terms should be defined in the project agreement.
  • Third-party tools, APIs, hosting platforms, payment providers, and AI model providers may have their own terms, prices, limits, and service availability.
  • Post-launch changes, support, monitoring, data migration, or new features may require a separate support plan or new scope.
